In 2018 The Ohio State University established a tradition to annually refresh American flags across the Columbus campus. Teams of cadets, midshipmen and student veterans marched with military precision to replace new flags on every flagpole on campus. Old flags at buildings throughout campus were lowered and new ones were raised.

RN to BSN student Jesse Glass has devoted his life to helping others. He served in the Marine Corps for four years after high school, deploying twice to Iraq, and now works as a nurse at a correctional facility in Mansfield.
