Conducting Business at OSU
There may come a time when you have multiple issues or needs that are complicated or intertwined. Depending on your needs, there are a number of destinations where you can seek advice.
Those issues which are complex or overwhelming have the potential to disrupt your education. It is important that you seek help in dealing with such issues. The Student Advocacy Center, located in Lincoln Tower, can help you sort through issues involving finances, enrollment, academics, mental health, and other aspects of your experience at Ohio State.
For advice on more specific issues, you may wish to directly contact the following offices:
Buckeye Link - For help with financial aid matters, registration challenges, tuition and fee payments, or managing your Student Center, contact the friendly, professional staff of the SSC.
University Bursar - The Office of the University Bursar bills and collects tuition, fees, campus housing, and other university-related charges.
Student Financial Aid (SFA) - Apply for aid, view deadlines and requirements, check your status, and more.
Academic Advising - For advice on scheduling classes, your program of study, or other academic matters
Student Legal Services - Student Legal Services at The Ohio State University (SLS) is a non-profit law office employing legal professionals to provide advice, representation, and education to eligible Ohio State students. Ohio State students who attend the Columbus campus and have paid the SLS fee are eligible for SLS services.
